What kind of shipping options do you offer?

We now offer shipping options for most of our goods to Estonia , Finland and Latvia via parcel machines or with courier services.  With courier services we send our goods also to Sweden and Poland.

If there is no shipping options available for your desired country directly from our page or you have other questions concerning shipping options feel free to contact us and we will find a solution.

What kind of payment options do you have?

You can pay for your goods using one of three options: pay after receiveng invoice, use PayPal or use the service Maksekeskus to pay using a direct bank link.

  • Invoice - after confirming your purchase and checking out you will receive an invoice to your e-mail. Pay the invoice with a bank transfer and be sure to include your order number with the bank transfer. Available goods will be shipped after receiving your payment.
  • PayPal - pay for the goods using a credit card or funds in your PayPal account. PayPal is safe and quick - we won’t see any of your delicate personal information. Be sure to click “return to merchant” after completing your payment.
  • Maksekeskus - use payment central Maksekeskus where you can pay for the goods using a direct bank link to your bank. Supported Estonian banks are : Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, COOP pank, POCO pay and Liisi ID. Supported Finnish banks are: Nordea, Danske Bank, Pohjola, Alandsbanken, Handelsbanken, Säästöpankki, Aktia, POP Pankki. Latvian banks are: Citadele, Luminor, SEB. Lithuanian banks are: Luminor, SEB ja Swedbank. All payments are processed securely through Maksekeskus. Be sure to click “return to merchant” after completing your payment.

I have filled all the required fields in the shopping cart, but still I am unable to confirm my purchase because the page says that I haven’t selected a destination?

Please refresh your browser page. After that you should see two new fields under transportation option Omniva or Itella SmartPOST, which ever you have selected. There you can choose the destination country and the specific parcel machine or post office, where you would like your goods to be delivered.

I am not sure which spare parts are right for my mopedcar model. What to do?
